1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet9ja ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). The Terms apply to all users of bet9ja, including visitors who browse the platform without registering and members who hold an active account.

By completing the registration process on bet9ja, or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms is published, you confirm that you have read the Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and bet9ja.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use bet9ja. We operate a strict minimum age policy and require identity verification for all accounts. We use third-party age verification tools and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. If we determine that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and any winnings will not be paid out.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one bet9ja account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved will be permanently closed and any associated balances and winnings forfeited.

3Your bet9ja Account

3.1 Registration

To register on bet9ja you must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

bet9ja operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documents verifying your identity, age and address at any stage — including at the time of your first withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe requested will be suspended until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bet9ja will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at support@bet9ja-bangla.com and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Currency

All bet9ja accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency accounts and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform. Your balance, bets, winnings and withdrawals are all shown and processed in PKR.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bet9ja accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Any changes to accepted methods will be communicated on the platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method — typically Rs 500 for mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash. Maximum transaction limits are displayed in your account settings. Amounts above the stated limits require advance approval from the payments team.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 24 hours during standard banking hours. Visa and Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum of one completed deposit is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the relevant wagering requirements must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 4.5 No Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and will be returned. Any attempt to use third-party funding will trigger an account review.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on bet9ja are binding once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming any wager. bet9ja does not accept responsibility for errors made by a user in the process of placing a bet, including incorrect stake amounts or selection errors.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet stakes vary by game type — Rs 50 for most crash games and Rs 10 for many slot games. Maximum stakes are displayed per game and may be adjusted by bet9ja at any time without prior notice. High-value stakes may require additional account verification.

5.3 Obvious Errors

If a bet is placed at odds or on terms that are clearly the result of a technical or human error — for example, a multiplier or odds figure that is materially inconsistent with the market — bet9ja reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the user's account. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users when this occurs.

5.4 Crash Game and Aviator Bets

Crash game bets including Aviator are settled in real time at the multiplier active at the moment you press Cash Out. If the crash event occurs before you cash out, your bet is lost. The auto cash-out function will execute at the target multiplier you set, subject to the multiplier being reached during that round. bet9ja is not liable for failed manual cash-out attempts attributable to slow internet connections or device limitations on the user's side.

5.5 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in certain circumstances including: technical failure of the game engine, demonstrable data feed errors, confirmed fraud or collusion, or any situation at bet9ja's discretion where a valid settlement is not possible. Void bets are returned to your account balance within 24 hours.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on bet9ja are subject to specific terms published on each offer page. These Terms apply in addition to any offer-specific conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and time limits are displayed on each offer. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in the bonus and any related winnings being removed from your account.

6.3 One Bonus Per User

Welcome bonuses and other first-time offers are available once per user, household, IP address and device. Any attempt to claim a first-time bonus more than once through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

6.4 Refer a Friend

The bet9ja Refer a Friend programme operates under its own dedicated terms. Referral rewards are credited after the referred user completes their first qualifying deposit and meets the programme's minimum activity requirements. Referral abuse — including self-referral, using fictitious accounts or coordinated abuse of the programme — will result in all referral rewards being voided and accounts involved being permanently closed.

7Casino and Games

7.1 Game Availability

bet9ja's game library — including slots, crash games, Aviator, live card games, virtual sports and esports betting markets — is subject to change at any time. Games may be added or removed from the library, temporarily suspended for maintenance or withdrawn permanently. bet9ja accepts no liability for the unavailability of any specific game title.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

All casino and crash games on bet9ja operate at certified Return to Player percentages set by the respective game providers and verified by independent testing laboratories. RTP information for individual games is available in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Provably Fair Games

Crash games on bet9ja, including Aviator and JetX, use Provably Fair cryptographic verification. The verification tool for each game allows users to independently confirm the fairness of individual rounds using publicly available cryptographic methods. The results generated by Provably Fair systems are final and binding.

7.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including server disconnections, RNG malfunctions or data processing errors — bet9ja will use all available system logs to determine the correct settlement of affected bets. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid out.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet9ja. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform in a way not sanctioned by bet9ja
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical malfunctions to place bets at incorrect odds or in quantities not ordinarily permitted
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live table games
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime
• Accessing the platform using another person's credentials without their express permission
• Systematically abusing promotional offers, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts
• Threatening, harassing or abusing bet9ja staff or other users via any communication channel

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bet9ja platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bet9ja or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the bet9ja platform without prior written permission from bet9ja. Unauthorised use of bet9ja's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet9ja's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet9ja accepts no liability for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, government action or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11Privacy

bet9ja collects, processes and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on bet9ja you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is used for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, responsible gaming compliance and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party service providers — such as payment processors, game providers and KYC vendors — is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver those services and is subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

13Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may close your bet9ja account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bet9ja-bangla.com. Before closure, any remaining account balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method. Closure requests are typically processed within 72 hours.

13.2 Closure by bet9ja

bet9ja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, where: there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or we determine in good faith that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other users.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bet9ja will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account balances will be held securely and remain available for withdrawal upon account reactivation following standard verification procedures.

14Amendments to These Terms

bet9ja reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes come into effect. The updated Terms will be published at bet9ja-bangla.com/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Continuing to use bet9ja after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bet9ja's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, bet9ja operates a formal complaints procedure. To raise a complaint, contact our support team at support@bet9ja-bangla.com with full details of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 14 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process to your satisfaction, you may request that the matter be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. Details of applicable ADR bodies will be provided at the time your complaint is escalated.
